Frankie has had struggles his whole life related to his disability, but he was a friendly, kind, loving man.  He has brought joy and blessings to all of his family and his caregivers.  It didn’t take long for him to melt your heart and bring happiness to your soul with his deep voice, big smile and contagious laughter.  He will truly be missed by all who have known him.

Frank was a wonderful, loving, happy son, brother and uncle, who will be sadly missed by his sisters, Petrina (Robert) Chastain and Tomasina (Derek)Donatelli; his nieces Lilliana and Victoria Donatelli, and all his cousins, family, friends and caregivers.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lena Garritano.  Frank’s family would like to give a special thank you to all his caregivers at Columbus Developmental Center and Youngstown Developmental Center who have provided loving and caring care over the years.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Frank at 10 a.m. on Tuesday January 16 at St. Anthony of Padua Church 1125 Turin Street Youngstown, Ohio followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery in Youngstown.  A Memorial will also be held at his home Columbus Developmental Center on January 20th from 11:00-1:00.  The address is 1601 W.
