Michael J. Lallo

Liberty – A Mass of the Resurrection will be said on Fri. Dec. 18, 2015 at 11am in St. Anthony of Padua Church for Michael J. Lallo, 81 who died Dec. 9, 2015 in Ohio State University Hospital. Michael was born Jan. 20, 1934 in Youngstown, a son of Nicholas W. and Phyllis Joy Lallo. “Mike” graduated from The Rayen School and Youngstown College with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering. During his 40 years with “his” company, he helped it grow from Commercial Shearing & Stamping, to Commercial Intertech Corp, to the present Parker Hannifin Corp and loved the people he worked with. Retiring in 1997, he was the General Manager of the Cylinder Division of Youngstown and Benton, AR. As a member of the church, he served as a commentator, a financial clerk, a fund raiser for its Pot of Gold, and a member of the council. Mike enjoyed golfing in area leagues and bowling for McRoyal Industries. He is survived by two sons, Jeffery M. (Melissa) Lallo and David N. (Lexi) Lallo; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Mara, Joseph, Christopher, Aaron, Samuele, and Cristian. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, the former Jennie M. Conti whom he married Oct. 29, 1960 died Dec. 9, 2013, a brother, John N. Lallo; and other family members. Friends and family will gather from 9:45 to 10:45 am in the church.
