RIP Lt. Zac was a good friend of my Dad’s and was also my Lt. On YPD. He was always fair, pleasant and just an all around good guy. Every day he would come on station to start his shift he would say “ Good Morning Ladies” and most of the time there were all men in the room. He had a good sense of humor. He will be missed.
