A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Monday Nov. 18, 2019 at 1pm in St. Anthony of Padua Church for Joe A. Corradetti, 94 who died at his residence Wednesday morning. Joe was born March 31, 1925 in Youngstown, one of six sons of Frank and Philomena Bernard Corradetti. He worked at G.F. Business Equipment for many years and bowled on their bowling league. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII and enjoyed growing up in Smoky Hallow learning to garden and how to preserve his Italian culture. Joe is survived by a son, Ron Corradetti; a daughter, Denise Corradetti; and a granddaughter, Alyssa Corradetti. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, the former Carmel Armeni whom he married Oct. 23, 1948 died April 13, 1997; brothers, John, Tony, Ben, Dominic, and Victor; sisters, Sandina and Mary Corradetti, Angeline Cittadini, Elizabeth Verdreame, Theresa Savarin, and Louise Pechalk. Family and friends may call at the church two hours before the mass on Monday. The family would like to give special thanks to Amber Rouse and the Ohio Living Health and Hospice staff.
