Alan F Duchene

Hubbard - Alan F. DuChene, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the age of 97. Alan was born on October 18, 1920 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. He was a son of Franklin and Ada Blanche Devine DuChene. Alan was employed as a drafting supervisor for Gata Railroad and was a member of the Lincoln Continental Club. As an avid roller skater at both the Cortland Roller Rink and Skate Zone, Alan continued skating well into his 90s. He is survived by his son, Steven A. DuChene of Hubbard and his niece and caregiver, Roxanne Jacob of Arcadia, FL. Alan was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Virginia L. Stevens whom he married in 1940 died November 5, 2009. There will be no services per his request.
