Anthony J. ("Tee") Delfratte

Anthony Joseph "Tee" DelFratte, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2024.  He was 67 years old.

Tee was born on December 7, 1956, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Anthony A. DelFratte and Rose Mae (Marcone) DelFratte.

He graduated from Ursuline High School in 1975 and was the lead drummer in the marching band. He attended Youngstown State University.

He worked with his uncle at Lazurus Food Store in Youngstown, Ohio and then opened his own business in Liberty.  He was the proud owner of DelFratte's Meats for 15 years.  He had a passion for cooking and catering.  He found immense pleasure in cooking and entertaining his beloved family and friends.

Tee was an avid golfer starting at a very young age spending his summers at Henry Stambaugh Golf Course and a passionate sports fan especially anything about the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony A. & Rose Mae DelFratte.

He leaves behind his daughter Betty Jo (Josh) Sopkovich, his sister Jane DelFratte-Tablack and nephew Anthony Tablack.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Schiavone Funeral Home in Youngstown, Ohio on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a prayer service at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m., preceded by prayer and interment at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, Ohio.  A private celebration of life will be held in his honor at a later date.
