Beverly attended Youngstown State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in education. She met her husband Kenneth Perri at Youngstown State University and married on June 20, 1970. After getting married, they relocated to Virginia where they raised their family. Beverly earned her Master’s in education from George Mason University. Beverly taught in Prince Georges County, Maryland but spent the majority of her teaching career at Fox Mill Elementary School in Fairfax County, Virginia. Her love of her school inspired her impressive collection of foxes.
Beverly’s greatest joy was her family including her children Kristi, Kimberly, and Mark and grandchildren Hailey, Zack, Kasey and Kenna. She was an amazing cook and baker and loved hosting friends and family events. Her favorite were the Easter celebrations that would bring family in from all over. Beverly’s favorite pastime was cruising! Her first cruise was in March 1999, and she took more than 80 different cruises with many friends and family members. She loved traveling all over the world and cruised in so many places including the Caribbean, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand, New England, Mexico, and many others.
