Youngstown – Carolyn V. Miller, 74 passed away Monday evening in Omni Manor. She was born to Clyde "Wayne" and Edna McMannus Perrine on August 12, 1940 in Butler, PA. Carolyn was a homemaker and member of Highway Tabernacle Church. She leaves her sons; James (Tami) Miller and Michael (Anna) Miller, six grandchildren, three grandchildren, and her brothers; Roger and Chuck Perrine. Preceding her in death were her parents and husband; James Lee Miller who was born Nov. 25, 1959, died April 1, 2013. There will be no calling hours or services per Carolyn's request.
