Charles James McKinley, 84

Liberty – Funeral Services were held Wed. July 29, 2015 for Air Force Veteran Charles James McKinley, 84 who died Tues. in the Liberty Health Care Center. Charles was a descendent of the 25th president of the United States, William McKinley. He was the son of David Wendell McKinley and Eva Marie Murphy born in Youngstown on Sept. 15, 1930. Charles was a Canfield graduate and attended Youngstown State University for business administration. For 32 years he worked as a production manager for Wean United and was of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed daily breakfast meetings with a few close friends and was dedicated to his dogs Cosmo and Adam. Charles is survived by his care giver Dee McKinley, a brother; David McKinley, four nieces, three nephews, and a host of friends and was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters; Elta Weiser and Jean Felesky.
