Dominic J. Castor

Private services were held on June 1, 2022 at Schiavone Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Dan Yargo of Christ Community Church, Campbell, Ohio for Dominic James Castor, age 71 of Vienna, Ohio who passed on May 27, 2022.

Dominic was born on June 3, 1950 in Youngstown, Ohio the son of Dominic and Margaret Castor.

Dominic worked with his father at Castor's Forklift Service, Inc. for many years until his father's retirement in 1994. Then he went on to work at Ball Corp. and Walmart as a greeter.

Dominic was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and will sadly be missed by his wife of 48 years, Diana Castor of Vienna, OH; daughter, Pennie (Scott) Dahman of Warren, OH; son, Dominic (Jamie Cho) Castor of Bainbridge, OH; granddaughter, Makayla Dahman; grandson, Tyler Dahman; and his siblings, Gary (Martha) Castor, Bettie Castor-Scullin, Cindy Castor and Teena (Mike) Vitullo and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dominic and Margaret Castor and his grandparents Nick and Gladys Castor and James and Lucille Forsyth.

Dominic was laid to rest at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown, Ohio.
