Frank Joseph Clement, 90

Liberty - Frank Joseph Clement ("Pete"), age 90 of Liberty Twp. passed away peacefully Thursday Nov 28, 2013,
with his wife, son, and granddaughter at his side. He was born February 15, 1923 in Hubbard, Ohio, the
son of the late Diamande and Julia (Leone) Clemente. Frank graduated from Hubbard High School in 1941 and then served his country in the United States Navy as a Torpedoman during World War II. Upon his return from military service, Frank met Carmela Ignazio whom he married on August 12, 1951. Together they had two children; Frank Jr. (Renee) of Dayton and Anthony of Edwards, Colorado. Frank was a member of St. Edwards Church and retired from GATX in 1982. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers John, Carmen, Thomas, and Arthur; and his sisters Mary and Alice. Frank will be greatly missed by his wife of 62 years, Carmela; his sons Frank and Anthony; daughter-in-law Renee, two granddaughters Olivia and Victoria; his sister Louise Williams of Hubbard, and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Frank's interests were his family, his garden, and sports. Friends and family may call Tuesday December 3rd from 4-7 P.M. at Schiavone Funeral Home in Youngstown. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 4th at St. Edwards Church.
