Helen N. (Novak) Simeone

Liberty - Private services were held yesterday at Schiavone Funeral Home for Helen N. Simeone, 87 who went to be with the Lord Tues., March 15, 2016. Mrs. Simeone was born Oct. 30, 1928, the daughter of Anna and Steven Novak. She married Nicholas Simeone on September 13, 1958 and they enjoyed 30 years together. Helen was a graduate of Campbell High School and a homemaker who took on the duties of wife and mother with great pleasure and love. She was an excellent cook and seamstress. She enjoyed canning fruits and vegetables and was very generous to all those who knew her. Her faith was such an integral part of her life and she lived by righteousness. Mrs. Simeone leaves two sons to cherish her memory; Jerry (Inez) Simeone of Fontana, CA and Nick Simeone of Liberty with whom she made her home before residing in Guardian Health Care in Liberty. Mrs. Simeone was laid to rest in St. John Cemetery.
