Mary (Depalma) Delio

Poland – There will be a gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 6pm in Schiavone Funeral Home for a memorial service at 7pm for Mary DePalma Delio, 93 who died June 13, 2017 in Maplecrest Nursing Home in Struthers. Mary was formerly of Bryson Street in Youngstown. She was the daughter of Anthony and Caroline DiGiacomo DePalma. Mary was a homemaker and worked as a seamstress for the Weatherbee Coat Factory.  She enjoyed cooking and gardening and loved to help her family. Mary is survived by her husband, Frank R. Delio whom she married May 12, 1949, a daughter, Jenny Delio; a grandson, Nick Delio; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Samuel, Joseph, and Angelo; and two sisters, Florence and Viola.
