Youngstown-A funeral mass will be held at 11 A.M. tomorrow at St. Anthony Church for Mary Jane Sabella who died Wednesday, Aug. 14 at Briarfield Manor. Mary Jane was born in Youngstown on Feb. 21, 1930, a daughter of Joseph N. and Philomena Ferraro Fish. She was a 1949 graduate of the Rayen School. On June 19, 1954 she married Michael Sabella Jr. who died on Oct. 6, 1983. Mrs. Sabella was a homemaker and sales clerk at GM McKelvey in downtown Youngstown. She was a member of St. Anthony Church where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. Baking, Cooking, and Bowling on the Northside League were Mary Jane's favorite things to do, but spending time with her grandchildren is what she enjoyed the most. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons; Michael J. (Anne) Sabella of Canfield and Anthony J. (Mitzi) of Warren, six grandchildren; Elizabeth, Julian, Alex, Lorenzo, Andrew, and Niccolas , a brother; Nicolas J. and two sisters; Minnie Burnside and Phyllis Koker. She is preceeded in death by her parents and loving husband. Friends and family may call one hour before the mass in church.
