Mary "Dolly" Elizabeth Mangin, 87
Girard- Mary "Dolly Elizabeth Mangin, 87, passed away early Thursday afternoon, Dec. 13, 2012. She was born Feb. 22, 1925 in Youngstown. She was the daughters of the late Rachel Lillo Wright. She was married to the late Samuel F. Mangin on May 22, 1948. She graduated from The Rayen School in 1944. She worked at the Ohio Leather Company for 15 years, as a deli clerk for Sparkle Market, at Antone's Banquet Center, and Emerald Diner before retireing. She loved going to bingo with her closest friend, Jennie Weidner, whom she loved like a daughter. She also enjoyed working in the yard and spending time with her family, epecially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons, Samuel R. (Shirley) (Mangin) Mancino and Rocco (Debbie) Mangin; grandchildren Stacy (Steve) Ladig, Samuel (Nancy) Mangin, Steven (Heather) Mangin, Jacob Mangin, and Tiffany (Mike) Wagar; and great-grandchildren, Skylar Ladig, Steven Mangin Jr., Joseph Mangin, Lucius Mangin and Sophia Wagar. In addition to her mother and husband, she is preceded in death by her sister, Josephine Lillo Battafarano, and her brother, Raymond Lillo. Services will be held Monday, Dec. 17, 2012 at noon at the Schiavone Funeral Home in Youngstown. Family and friends may call on Monday from 10 a.m. to noon. The chapel committal will be held at Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown.
