Paul W Starkey

Paul W. Starkey, 77 passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Hospice House in North Lima.

Paul was born on March 18, 1947 in Beverly, West Virginia to his parents, Leo J. and Louise M. Swiger Starkey.

He was one of ten children and worked for General Motors for over 32 years before his retirement.

On March 7, 1966 he married the former Betty Jean Wyant and together they raised three wonderful children.

Paul was a member of UAW and was a very handy man. He enjoyed fishing and playing Texas Hold'em Poker, even when he shouldn't.

He leaves his children, Joseph (Jackie Weeks) Starkey, Paul (Joanne) Starkey, and Margaret Starkey; his grandchildren, Daniel Starkey and Stacie Stanislaw; and his sisters, Janet and Pam.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 43 years, Betty Jean, who passed away August 21, 2009; his brothers, Calvin, Eugene, Fred, Dale "Randall" and Lionel "Keith"; and his sisters, Sheila and Sandra.

Paul will be buried in Calvary Cemetery.
