Austintown – A memorial service will be held Monday, December 2, 2013 at 7 pm at Schiavone Funeral Home for Sam J. Petrosky II who died Nov. 22, 2013 at his residence. Sam was born October 30, 1964 and was an avid sports fan. He is survived by his mother; Sandra Charello, his father; John (Tammie) Petrosky, five daughters; Tiffany (John) Larsen, Samantha, Sarah, Haley, and Jessica Petrosky, a grandson; Kaden Larsen, two sisters; Tammy Petrosky and Nicki Beil, a half brother; Ryan Petrosky, a half sister; Vivian Dickerhoof and a step brother; Bradley Ronci. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 4-7 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Rev. Fred Truckis will officiate the service.
