Youngstown – The Rite of Christian Burial will be said at a Memorial Mass on Tues. Sept. 16, 2014 for Vincent E. Cassella, 50 who died at his home on Sept. 7, 2014. Vinnie was born May 12, 1964 in Youngstown, a son of Adolphus E. and Agnes M. Cepro Cassella. He was employed at Goldstein's Furniture Warehouse as a Detailer of Furniture and made deliveries for the last 14 years. Vinnie was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in 1982 and attended YSU. He took great pride maintaining the family home "the shrine" as his parents established it. He is survived by his brother; Michael and sister-in-law; Cindy Cassella of Wayland, MA and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. The Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica. Father Michael Swierz will officiate. Vinnie was buried with his parents in Lake Park Cemetery.
