Vincent Lucarino

Vincent Lucarino, 72, died December 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born January 25, 1949 in Youngstown, the son of Attilio and Minnie Covelli Lucarino. A member of the Boardman High School class of 1967, Mr. Lucarino graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Youngstown State University and earned his master's degree in counseling from the same institution in 1978. He had also taken courses toward his doctorate at Kent State University and the University of Akron. He taught social studies at Mahoning County Joint Vocational School and was a guidance counselor in Columbiana County for many years before his retirement. He was a Christian. Mr. Lucarino is survived by many cousins in the Youngstown area and elsewhere. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no services or calling hours. Arrangements were handled by Schiavone Funeral Home.
