Wayne Edward Smith

Wayne Edward Smith Sr., 65, went to be with the Lord on Wed. Nov. 21, 2018 at his residence in Cortland. Wayne was born March 19, 1953 in Youngstown, son of Charlotte Foster and Wayne Smith. He was an avid lover of painting landscapes and collecting C.B. Radios. He was preceded in death by his wife Melba Diann Smith, whom he married July 3, 1971 died June 6, 2017; his parents; and brother, Charles Homes Smith. Wayne is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Josh); his sons, Wayne Jr. (Dreama) and Calvin (Donna), his 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Calling hours will be on Wed. Nov. 28, 2018 from 5-7pm in Schiavone Funeral Home with a prayer service to follow. After the services there will be a gathering at Calvin's residence at 92 Larry Lane, Cortland, OH 44410.
