Dominic Castor

Private service were held on Tuesday January 4th, 2022, at Schiavone Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Dan Yargo of Christ Community Church, Campbell, Ohio for Dominic Castor, age 93, of Hubbard, Ohio who went to be with the Lord while surrounded by his loving family at home on Friday, December 31, 2021.

Dominic was born February 20, 1928 in Youngstown, Ohio the son of Gladys and Nick Castor.

Dominic owned and operated Castor's Forklift Service Inc. in Hubbard, Ohio for 25 years, retiring in 1994. Dominic was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather and will be sadly missed by Dominic J (Diana) Castor of Vienna, OH; Gary A (Martha Jo) Castor of Clayton, NC; Bettie F Castor-Scullin of Temple Terrace, FL; Cindy M Castor of Hubbard, OH; and Teena K (Mike) Vitullo of Richmond, GA; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving and cherished wife of 70 years, Margaret, five brothers and five sisters.

Dominic was laid to rest at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown, OH.
