Michael Anthony Verdream (66) tragically passed sometime on September 28th or 29th, he was a victim of hurricane Ian.
Michael was born on February 26, 1956. The son of Mary Louise (Demidovich) and Anthony Paul Verdream. He was a graduate of Liberty High School, Class of 1974, attended Youngstown State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He had a long-time career in Sales and Construction.
Mike resided with his mother until her passing in 2018. He spent 14 months living and working with longtime friend, Craig Blackburn and daughter Courtney in California. He then moved to Florida where he made his home in Matlacha near the sun, sand, ocean, and fishing boats. He was happy here remodeling homes, helping people, and sharing meals with friends and neighbors.
He leaves behind a sister, Patricia Eliser and a brother Anthony (Tony) Verdream of Youngstown, Ohio.
A sister-in-law; Linda Verdream; Nieces and Nephews; Melanie Verdream, son Paul Piergiovanni; Shawn (Leah) Verdream Jr, daughters Olivia and Elle; Stacy Verdream; Sara Eliser (fiancée Ken Oyler); Megan (Pierce) Aron, daughter Talia; Brittany (Kyle) Daley; Anthony (Stephanie) Verdream, son Giovanni, and Shanay Verdream. Preceding Michael in death were his parents; Mary and Anthony Verdream; a brother Shawn Paul Verdream; and a brother-in-law R. James Eliser. Michael also leaves many friends behind who cared very deeply for him.
A mass will be said on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11:00am in St. Edward Parish, Tod Lane, Youngstown with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:30. Internment will be at Belmont Park Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life held in Matlacha Florida, at a later date.
