Alfreda A. (Cetor) Lewis

Alfreda A. Lewis left this world to be with her savior on Monday, August 29, 2016 in the ICU of Cleveland Clinic. She was born in Petersburg, OH on March 28, 1947 to her parents, Steppo and Anna Marie Martini Cetor. She was an amazing woman, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who fought a long battle with heart disease and stunned doctors for 23 years. Alfreda had a heart of gold, always happy and smiling no matter what she faced. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 49 years; Fred H. Lewis Jr. whom she married July 29, 1967, her children; Anna (James Whitehouse) Lewis of Youngstown, Leana (Tommy) Woolf of Berlin Center, Fred H. (Jennifer) Lewis of Youngstown, Edward (Ruby Carpenter) Lewis of Youngstown, Marilyn (Dan) Turek of Austintown, her grandchildren; Samantha (Brian Bechel) Ryhal, Victoria (Caleb Shaw) Ryhal, Christine (Nick Talbee) Ryhal, Tommy Woolf III, Layla Woolf, Heaven Lewis, Jazmyne Lewis, Fredrick Lewis, Savannah Turek, her great granddaughter; Elizabeth Talbee, great grandson; who is due in January, her brothers; Joseph (Karen) Cetor, Steve (Donna) Cetor, John (Micha) Cetor, Paul Cetor, and Tom (Linda) Cetor. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Ann Lewis. Family and friends will gather from 5-8pm on Thursday and from 10-11am in Schiavone Funeral Home on Friday. A prayer service will follow with Steve Zawilinsky presiding. Alfreda’s family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the Cleveland Clinic for their excellent care and dedication.
