Arcangelo Peluso, 83
YOUNGSTOWN Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Schiavone
Funeral Home for Arcangelo Peluso, 83, formerly of Emerald Street.
He was born May 13, 1928, in Sepino Campobasso Italy and was a son of
Michele and Maria Christina Valente Peluso.
He had worked at US Steel Corp. for 28 years. While working in the mill, he
established the Tip Top Bar and Restaurant on Emerald Street, until
Youngstown State University by Immanent Domain took his property, in the
hollow.
He is survived by his brother, Dominico Antonio Peluso of Hartford, Conn.
and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Flaminia Tiberio,
Maria Libera Lisella and Maria Giuseppa Peluso.
He will be fondly remembered by many friends and patrons.
He will be buried at Calvary Cemetery.

Being from Smoky Hollow, we have many fond memories of Angelo and Tip Top. We still reminisce about those days from time to time. Even our parents enjoyed many a night at Angelo's place playing shuffleboard with friends. Thank you Angelo for all the good times and great memories. Rest in peace.

My grandmother lived on audubon, down the street from tip top. angelo always looked out for her, a very nice man. thank you angelo. rip.
